Dario is an entrepreneurial leader with over 30 years of experience. A pioneer in implementing CAD for New York’s electrical grid, he holds multiple technology and energy patents and brings extensive real estate and operational expertise across New York.

CTO

José is a seasoned CTO with over 20 years of experience and multiple successful exits as a founder. He is an expert in scaling large-scale applications and brings deep knowledge in AI, IoT, metaverse, and energy and utility technologies.

Tony Giorgio

SVP of Sales

Tony, a Brooklyn College graduate, has over 45 years of experience in the energy sector, including 32 years at Con Edison. He is known for driving sales and building strong industry relationships, excelling in U.S. market outreach and partnerships.

Patrick Deane

CFO

Patrick is a seasoned CFO with over 25 years of experience driving growth and transformation in technology firms. His leadership has helped achieve combined revenues of $820 million and acquisition values exceeding $470 million.

Tom Osborne

COO

With over 27 years in Technical Systems, Tom brings extensive expertise in electric distribution and utility metering. A graduate of Manhattan College in Electrical Engineering, he has led innovative solutions across the utility sector, ensuring efficiency and reliability at every turn.
